| Important information about the Dallas convention |
Dear convention registrants,
Those who are driving to the convention please note that there will be $7/Day parking fee with unlimited in and out privilege.
1. Make sure you park your car at the various self parking lots around the convention Hotel and at the convention center. (There are 2 entrances with parking lots. one for Hotel guests and one for convention center)
2. Once you enter the parking lot you receive a coupon(Ticket) and take it to the hotel check in counter during the Hotel check in. They will ask you for your credit card for the check in process. Make sure you mention that you are KCCNA convention guests.
3. After your stay you are allowed to vacate the room any time after midnight Sunday. The parking fee along with any other additional fee that may incur during your stay will be charged to your credit card.
4. Hotel check in allowed after 9 AM on Thursday July 22nd only on the basis of room availability.
5. Those who do not have room at Gaylord Hotel and coming as benefactors, please try to park at the self parking garages at the convention center. Their parking fee also will be at $7/day but one time in and out privilege only.
5. Regular parking rate is $12 to $15/day.
6. Valet parking is also available but at no discounted rates.
Remember: This is a five star resort, there are numerous surveillance cameras in and around the resort including at the parking lots. No alcohol consumption is allowed around the resort, convention center and parking lots. Violators will have to face Hotel security staff and Grapevine City Police(According to Grapevine City codes no bail available for 7 days for such violators)
7. Parents make sure your kids are always with you. There is a small entertainment park inside atrium which includes small river and other materials. Kids should not be let wander around the atrium.
8. There are multiple elevators at the Resort and escalators at the convention center. Use all the safety precautions when you use them.
9. Convention registartion desks are set up infront of the Long Horn exibit hall at the convention center. Once you check in at the Hotel lobby please proceed to the convention center for the convention Registration.
9. Finally make sure you have the contact numbers for all the committee chair persons and co-chairs.
