| Message from the 2010 KCCNA Convention Chairman |
Dear Convention Attendees:
2 more days, that's all we have prior to our convention. On behalf of the convention committee and Dallas unit we are ready to welcome you all for the 9th KCCNA convention. Let's all enjoy our convention. Please read the following important information
1. Transportation arrangements (from airports to Gaylord)are done by A2Z company and their contact # 214 742 5466. They will provide services from 8AM to 8PM on Thursday from both airports (DFW & Love field)
2.Hilton guests, you may collect your registration packages at Gaylord Texan and use our 15 passenger vans to utilize shuttle service back and forth and it's only 2 miles away from Gaylord.For your information Hilton will also give you a complimentary round trip per day per passenger from their hotel to Gaylord. Every morning the van shuttles hired by KCCNA begin from 7am and the last trip to Hilton from Gaylord will be 1AM on a daily basis.
3.Hilton guests, please keep the following address handy just in case. If you want to go to Hilton directly from the DFW airport, you may utilize Hilton's courtesy van by calling them from the baggage claim area and let them know where exactly you are waiting such as terminal and gate number.

4. On Sunday, since we don't have enough time gap between lunch till 2:30 pm and banquet cocktail hour 4:30pm we have decided to move the Sunday snack to the very first day ,Thursday starting 1pm to 3pm in the food court area. PLEASE UTILIZE YOUR SUNDAY SNACK TICKET FOR THURSDAY. Sorry for the inconvenience.
5.Our banquet cocktail hour begins at 4:30pm then by 5:30pm the door opens for banquet. At sharp 6 o' clock stage program begins. Please try to be there early as you can.
6. On the day of return, Monday we have transportation scheduled from 5:30 Am to 12:30pm. The last drop-off to both airports would be 12; 30PM sharp and there will be no more services from A2Z.
