Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport Instructions
July 22 – 26, 2010
ARRIVAL: July 22, 2010
There are five (5) Terminals at DFW International Airport. A, B, C, D & E. We will have Airport Meet & Greet Staff positioned at various locations throughout the airport to welcome you and lead you out to your coach bus transportation to the Gaylord Hotel & Resort.
Upon arriving at DFW International Airport, please proceed to your Baggage Claim area, retrieve your luggage and then proceed to the following Baggage Claim areas closest to your Baggage area to find your pre-arranged transportation to the Hotel.
TERMINAL A : Baggage Claims: 15 and 28
TERMINAL B: Baggage Claims: 8 and 20
TERMINAL C: Baggage Claims: 15 and 31
TERMINAL D: Baggage Claims: 15 and 30
TERMINAL E: Baggage Claims: 14 and 38
There will be a staff person there with a sign KCCNA. That is where you will board your bus for the hotel.
NOTE: If you are not traveling with luggage, you still must go into the Baggage Claims noted above to find the KCCNA Transportation Contact!

DEPARTURES: July 26, 2010
IMPORTANT: Please call your airline and ask what TERMINAL your flight is departing from. Proceed with your luggage to the Gaylord Convention Center entrance. There will be uniformed staff there ready to assist you in boarding the correct bus. The Terminals at the airport are so far apart, it is important to know which terminal you are departing from!
