| Registration Guidelines: |
1. For a quick registration process, please have your REGISTRATION NUMBER handy. If you do not have your number, the number can be found at the booth by family name; however it will take a longer time to complete the registration.
2. Please have a valid id (drivers license, school-id, passport) of each registrant including ALL dependents. Please do not be offended when we ask for ID. This is protocol to ensure a safe and enjoyable convention for everyone and we may not know every registrant by face. We are dealing with 5000 people’s registration documents so cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
3. Each person in the registration MUST come to registration booth to collect the wristband and nametag. We will NOT give the name tag or wristband to any other person even though they are from the same family. This is to ensure that these two are not given to the wrong registrant.
4. Keeping the name tag and wristbands is the responsibility of each person. All wristbands are waterproof and please be advised that THE NAME TAG AND WRISTBAND ARE NOT REPLACEABLE. To ensure the safety of those attending, the security personnel require that both items are to be worn and visible at all times.
5. Inside your “Welcome Folder” there will be tickets for both banquet and meals. We will confirm the quantity at the registration booth with the registrant. THESE TICKETS ARE NOT REPLACEABLE.
Thanks,
Raju Jose (Registration Chair)
