Dear Registrant,
The accommodation committee is doing it's best to accommodate all your special requests. However, we have to stop somewhere so that Gaylord Texan can start assigning your rooms based on the requests received. Therefore, we will only entertain special requests for two more days, 06/16/10. The final rooming list will be given to Gaylord on 06/17/10 morning to start assigning the rooms.
