| Guidelines for Choir |

Hello everyone! This memorandum is in reference to the Dallas Convention 2010. Everything is ready for the upcoming Mass. However, we need participants from each state to join the choir for the Opening and Closing Day Mass. Listed below you will find the following guidelines.
1. The states with 75 or more families registered may have two participants. This must consist of one male and female. States with less than 75 families, only one individual can participate male or female.
2. If you are interested in participating please contact your local association. You must provide them with your name, address, and telephone number.
3. Notification must be received prior to June 11, 2010. Individuals that are selected will receive a CD with song selections.
4. Choir members must attend rehearsal on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 10:00 am at the Convention Center.
The above mentioned choir rehearsal is for the Mass that will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 and Sunday, July 25, 2010.
Please keep in mind that there is only one practice!!! If you are unable to attend the practice you will not be allowed to participate in the choir. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
